Artwork tips

  • Send a PDF at the finished size plus 3 mm bleed on every edge, with text at least 3 mm inside the trim.
  • Use photos at 300 dpi at the size they will print, and CMYK colours where you can.
  • Check names, dates and venues twice, and ask someone else to read it too.
  • Want guests to RSVP from the card? Your free wedding website comes with a QR code you can add in the designer.

How much do thank-you cards cost?

Thank-you cards start from £42.34 on the most economical options. The price changes as you choose the size, paper and quantity, you see it straight away, and it is checked again when you pay. Tracked UK delivery is £7.95, free on orders over £100.

Which papers are there?

For thank-you cards: 300gsm Greetings Card Stock, 350gsm Art Board Silk Finish, 350gsm Recycled Uncoated.

How many can I order?

From 25 up to 2000, in steps such as 50, 75, 100. Bigger quantities cost less each.

Can I add envelopes?

Yes: 155mm Square, DL, C5, C6.

How long does printing take?

Most items are dispatched 2 to 5 working days after you approve your artwork, then sent by tracked UK delivery. Order invitations at least three weeks before you want to post them.

Do I need my own design?

No. Use the free online designer for cards, menus, signs and tags, or choose "Design it for me" and our designer sets it up from your wording and photos. You approve a proof before we print.

What file should I send?

A PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed on every edge is best. PNG, JPG, TIFF, AI, EPS, PSD and SVG files work too. We check every file and email you if something needs fixing.

How much is delivery?

Tracked UK delivery is £7.95 an order, and free on orders over £100. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I return printed items?

Printed items are made to your design, so we cannot take them back unless they are faulty or not what you ordered. If something arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund.

Can I put my wedding website on my cards?

Yes. The online designer has a QR code box: type your free wedding website address and it prints a QR code that opens it, so guests can RSVP from the card.

How do I pay?

By card on a secure Stripe page, in full when you order. We never see your card number.
